TERMS, INCENTIVES & DEPOSIT POLICY

We Offer Well Planned Litters From Champion Stock. When you purchase a puppy from Bella Rosa, here's what you can expect from us:

• All our puppies are triple registered with the International Cane Corso Federation (ICCF), the UKC, and the AKC.
• All pups are healthy and vet approved before departing to your home.
• Tails are docked and rear dewclaws removed according to the standard.
• Pups are fully vaccinated and dewormed.
• All pups are implanted with a microchip for permanent identification.
• Ears can be cropped at your request and cost. Just let us know if you'de like this done before taking your puppy home.
• We issue a 2-year written health guarantee.
• Pups are highly socialized from birth to departure.
• We utilize the 'Bio Sensor / Super-Dog' program of early neurological stimulation to give our pups a superior advantage.
• Our pups are weaned on raw food and are fed an all natural diet for optimal health.
• We offer show/breed and pet/spay or neuter contracts.
• We provide lifetime support for your Bella Rosa pup.
• We encourage responsible pet ownership and offer incentives for training & showing your dog. (Click here to view our incentives program.)

COST:
The cost of a Bella Rosa puppy is $1500 - $2500, plus the price of crate & shipping if you are out of our local area. An advance deposit of $500 is required to hold your puppy. Please call or email us for specific contract terms and guarantees.

A word about deposits:

Your deposit is a firm commitment for the purchase of your puppy. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer your deposit to another litter one time, if the pup that you want is not available from the litter you reserved from. For example, you reserved a male show-quality pup from Litter B. A black brindle male show-quality was available, but you really desired a red or fawn. In this case, you may transfer your deposit to the next litter.

Of course, if we do not have what you reserved, we will apply your deposit to the next litter, to ensure you get what you reserved. Example: You reserved a female pet-quality pup and yours was the 3rd deposit for a female. However, we only had 2 female pets in the litter. You may decide to take a male pet instead, OR we will move your deposit to the next litter and give you 1st position for that pet female.

Things you can reserve:
- Sex (male or female)
- Quality (pet/companion or show/breed)
- Pick Male & Female (1st picks are $500 additional. 1st picks may not be available as we may choose to holdback for our breeding program. Please discuss this with us.)

Things you cannot reserve:
- Color
- Specific Temperaments or Drives

REFUNDS:
The only time a deposit will be refunded is if we turn down your application. At Bella Rosa, our primary concern is the health and happiness of our puppies. We diligently review your application AND check your references. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. If we decline to sell you a puppy, your deposit will be refunded immediately.

NOTE: You will still need to complete the puppy application, and have an interview before you will be approved for a Bella Rosa puppy. The balance owed must be paid in full prior to picking up or shipping your puppy. Payments can be made by check, money order, or wire. Checks must have enough time to clear the bank before pup is picked up or shipped.
